Our affiliate program is facilitated through our third party partner “Peach’s”  https://peachs.co/ 

Acceptable disclosure tags.

#ad, #sponsored, #TKA_Ambassador, #TKA_Apparel_Partner, #OurVestige_Partner

  1. Disclosure tag must appear before any other mentions or hashtags.

  2. Disclosure tag must be embedded in the post- such as the description.

  3. Discourse tag must be visible from description preview (do not format or space in such away that there does not appear to be a description)

  4. Even if the social media platform being used offers an advertising disclosure tool, the disclosure tag must still be manually embedded into the content or post.

  5. Disclosure must appear in the post, video, and/or description, rather than simply in the comment section.

  6. For video, content disclosure must appear or be articulated (verbally or written) before or during the display or mention of the product and affiliate link. 

  7. Disclosure must be in the same language as your content.

  8. Video content must include a written disclosure that is legible within the video.

  9. Audio content (such as a podcast or voice over) must contain a verbal disclosure.

  10. Blanket disclosures on your website or platform will not suffice for the purposes of this agreement. Each individual post or video featuring our products and or affiliate link must contain an appropriate disclosure.

  11. Any additional message or text that the affiliate includes with the content/post, such as a product description or endorsement, must comply with the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards https://adstandards.ca/code/the-code-online/. 

The content created which features our products, mentions our store, mentions our website, mentions our company, or contains your affiliate link (whether in the content directly or in the description, or title) shall not appear in combination with, alongside, or in a sequence of content - whether in whole or in part, that contains materials or encourages activities which are; illegal, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, nefarious in nature, involve child exploitation, or are exclusively or predominantly marketed to children (wherein a child is considered a person under 12 years of age). 

If TKA Inc. has reason to suspect that an affiliate is not following our affiliate marketing guideline requirements, or is representing our products in such a way as to disregard the Canadian code of Advertising Standards (whether explicitly or implicitly, in whole, or in part, visually, audio verbal, or in text, regardless of publishing medium), we reserve the right to remove you from our affiliate program and deactivate your affiliate link without prior notice. TKA Inc. reserves the right to suspend or cancel your participation in our affiliate program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, for any reason.

“I have read and agree to the program’s terms and conditions” box, you certify that you agree to the terms and conditions of our affiliate program. Clicking the box indicates your signature.
